Returns & Exchange

Return Window
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
How to Initiate a Return
Log in to your account, go to My Orders, select the delivered order, and tap 'Request Return'. Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
Eligible Items
Most clothing items are eligible for return. Customised, stitched, altered, or sale items are not eligible unless defective or wrongly delivered.
Exchange
We offer size/colour exchanges subject to availability. Raise a return request with reason 'Exchange' and mention the preferred size/colour in the notes.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a pickup and full replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
For eligible returns, we arrange a free pickup. In areas where pickup is not available, you may ship the item to us and we will reimburse ₹100 towards shipping costs.
