Returns & Exchange

Return Window
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
How to Initiate a Return
Log in to your account, go to My Orders, select the delivered order, and tap ‘Request Return’. Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
Eligible Items
Most clothing items are eligible for return. Customised, stitched, altered, or sale items are not eligible unless defective or wrongly delivered.
Exchange
We don’t currently offer a direct size/colour swap. If you’d like a different size, colour, or item, please raise a return request under the reason that actually applies to your situation (for example, ‘Size doesn’t fit’), and place a new order separately for whatever you’d like instead — there’s no need to wait for the return to complete before ordering again.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer. The refund covers the amount you actually paid in cash — see the DC Coins section below for how redeemed coins are handled separately.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us with at least one clear photo or video of the issue — this is required for these reasons and significantly speeds up approval. We will arrange a pickup, and a replacement or refund will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
Shipping Charge Refund
If you return ALL items from an order (a full return, not a partial one) for one of these reasons: Wrong item received, Damaged / defective product — the original shipping charge is also refunded, in addition to the item price. For all other return reasons (e.g. changed your mind, size, fit), or for a partial return of only some items, the shipping charge is not refunded. The final decision is confirmed after our team physically inspects the returned item.
Coupons & Promo Codes on Returned or Cancelled Orders
If your order is fully returned or refunded, any coupon used on it is released and becomes available for you to use again on a future order — subject to that coupon's own usage limits. The one exception is coupons marked ‘first order only’: these remain valid only until you have received your first delivered order from us. Once you have ever received a delivered order, a ‘first order only’ coupon cannot be used again on a later order, even if that original order was later returned, refunded, or cancelled.
