Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India for most locations. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take up to 10 business days. Actual delivery speed depends on your pincode and the courier assigned — use the pincode checker on any product page for an estimate.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 attract a flat shipping charge of ₹99.
Shipping Partners
We ship via Shiprocket. Couriers are assigned dynamically based on your location and may include Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express, and others. A tracking link is shared via email once your order is dispatched, and is also viewable directly in My Account → My Orders.
Order Tracking
You can track your order from My Account → My Orders. Tracking details are usually updated within 24 hours of dispatch.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners make multiple delivery attempts before returning a package to us. The exact number of attempts depends on the courier assigned and may vary. If all attempts fail, the package is returned to us (RTO). Refunds are only initiated after the returned package is physically received and confirmed at our warehouse — not at the moment the courier marks it 'returning to origin'. For prepaid orders that had a non-zero shipping charge at the time of ordering, that original shipping charge is non-refundable and is deducted from the refund — shipping is a service that was rendered once the order left our warehouse. If your order originally qualified for free shipping (i.e. the shipping charge on your order was ₹0), you will be refunded the full amount — there is no shipping charge to deduct. For Cash on Delivery orders where payment was never collected by the courier, no refund is required. For COD orders where cash was already collected before the return, the original shipping charge (if any) is deducted and the remaining amount is refunded manually.
