Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days across India. Express delivery (2–3 business days) may be available at checkout for select pin codes.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 attract a flat shipping charge of ₹99.
Shipping Partners
We ship via Shiprocket and partner couriers including Delhivery, BlueDart, and India Post. A tracking number will be shared via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.
Order Tracking
You can track your order from My Account → My Orders. Tracking details are usually updated within 24 hours of dispatch.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails, the package is returned to us and a refund is initiated after deducting return shipping costs.
Pan-India Delivery
We deliver to all pin codes serviceable by our courier partners across India. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm serviceability.
