Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order on dhamclothing.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.
Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, colours, and prices. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and COD (select pin codes) via Razorpay.
Cancellation
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided our team has not yet begun preparing or packing it — whichever comes first. To cancel, go to My Account → My Orders and tap Cancel. Once your order has moved into preparation or the 24-hour window has passed, cancellation is no longer available. If delivery has already been attempted, you may instead initiate a return within 10 days of delivery per our Returns policy.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship pan-India via Shiprocket and partner couriers. Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days. Dham Clothing is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect addresses.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery subject to our Returns policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. Customised or altered items are not eligible.
Gift Orders
We offer gift wrapping and personalised gift messaging at checkout. When you mark an order as a gift, the recipient is not notified until the order is successfully delivered — there are no spoilers during transit. Gift order details (including the gift message and sender name) are visible to the recipient after delivery when they log in or access their gift link — they will not see pricing unless they are also the account holder. The gift sender's account and address details remain private to the sender. Returns and refunds for gift orders must be initiated and handled by the gifter (the person who placed the order), not the recipient. The recipient's email address is required at checkout — please verify it carefully before placing the order, as we are not responsible for errors in the address provided.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Dham Clothing and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Dham Clothing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Grievance Redressal
Please contact us at support@dhamclothing.com for any grievances. Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days of receipt.
Legal Metrology Compliance (Packaged Commodities Rules 2011)
In compliance with the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, product listings on dhamclothing.com display: (1) Country of Origin; (2) Maximum Retail Price (MRP) inclusive of all taxes; (3) Size information including measurements where available; (4) Fabric composition / materials. Physical garment tags reflect these details. MRP on the product page is the maximum price you will pay — we do not charge above MRP.
Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020
As an e-commerce entity, Dham Clothing complies with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, including: (1) Transparent pricing with no pre-checked add-ons at checkout; (2) No fake urgency timers or artificial scarcity claims; (3) No basket sneaking — only items you explicitly add appear in your cart; (4) Clear cancellation and return policies displayed before purchase; (5) Named Grievance Officer with contact details below.
Your Data Rights (DPDPA 2023)
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time from My Profile → Language & Communication Preferences. For erasure requests, use My Profile → Delete Account, or contact our Grievance Officer.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email or site notice.
