Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order on dhamclothing.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.
Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, colours, and prices. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and COD (select pin codes) via Razorpay.
Cancellation
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched from your account under My Orders. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible; you may initiate a return after delivery per our Returns & Exchange policy.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship pan-India via Shiprocket and partner couriers. Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days. Dham Clothing is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery subject to our Returns & Exchange policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. Customised or altered items are not eligible.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Dham Clothing and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Dham Clothing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email or site notice.
